I have spead Azomite Rock dust and calcium across my pasture, this ensures higher nutrient density in the grass that the chickens eat. In addition to the earth worms, insects, and organic food scraps, the chickens get organic feed. The chicken eggs tend to be a darker yellow/orange color. This of course shows a higher level of vitamins A, D and K2. These three fat soluble vitamins are essential to vision, cell division, immunity, calcium absorption, the creation of dense bones and the prevention or removal of pathogenically deposited calcium. As of March 2025 my organic and pasture raised chicken eggs sell for $13.99 at Whole Foods. Currently I sell them for $11.00 from my farm. I never use toxic pesticides or herbicides on my property.
