We are a full-service natural grocery store in Syracuse New York. We carry: fresh and locally grown organic produce, local and organic pasture raised, grass fed meats, local and organic dairy and eggs, fresh breads, bulk foods, prepared foods, personal care products, coffees, full line of local/ organic/ ethnic/ natural groceries, ice creams, and cleaning supplies, additive-free personal-care products, and environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies. A Co-op Share program is available from May to November, supplying an 8 - 11 item produce box each week (see our website for details). We focus on providing our customers with the highest level of service possible while supporting a local and regional food system.
