We are a diversified family farm, raising Tunis and hair sheep, huacaya alpacas, Akbash guardian dogs, many varieties of pumpkins, and Christmas trees. We practice managed intensive grazing for our livestock. Raw fleece, roving, and yarns from our animals are available at our farm store, along with finished alpaca clothing products. Field trips are available, by appointment. We are a working farm, and sometimes we need to be working!
At our 1850 Rte 91 farm:
You-Pick Berry patch: Starting in late June/early July, our berry patch opens with Juneberries (Saskatoons, or Serviceberries), followed by Red Raspberries, then Blueberries, until late August. Blueberry pancake breakfast every Sunday morning in July and August, 8 am - Noon.
In mid-September, Fall Is A-mazing begins, with our pumpkin patch, corn maze, and several other mazes ready to delight the public. Pick your own pumpkin, select ornamental gourds and corn, wagon ride, giant bounce pad, farm animals, ziplines, pedal cars, more. Full menu at the lunch counter - featuring our own pies, cider donuts, and homemade fudge. Gift shop and farm store, with local honey, syrup and local artisans, plus our own yarns, roving and alpaca clothing.
Christmas Night Market, weekend after Halloween, 3-7 pm. features 60+ local artisans for your Christmas shopping pleasure.
Christmas at the Farm: the weekend before Thanksgiving marks the opening of our U-cut Christmas trees. Premium Fraser and Canaan firs for your selection, along with our own fresh wreaths, greens and roping. Pre-cut trees also available. Gift shop includes Christmas ornaments also. Complimentary hot chocolate and coffee by our fireplace.
