This workshop will help you better navigate the world of organic labeling regulations so you know what you are really buying. Rick Martinez, organic certifier and Sweetwater's founder, will instruct this informative class. Topics that will be covered are: what it means to be certified organic, non-food products that are labeled "organic", GMOs and organic products, organic meats, and much more.
