Tanglewood Farm

Welcome to Tanglewood Farm, where alpacas are our passion. Here you will find alpacas in all of the 23 natural colors, as well as products made of their extraordinary fiber. In keeping with our intent to have products made in the United States, you will find almost nothing that is not grown or raised here, or on other American farms, most of which are local as well. Tours of the farm can be arranged by phone, and there is no charge for this service. Tanglewood Farm welcomes groups of well-behaved children, but please leave the pet at home. Our dogs don't like competition. In our farm store, The Top Knot, you will find all sorts of hand-made items made of alpaca fiber. Items include: hats, scarves, shawls, rugs, dryer balls, decorative items, rovings, batts, yarns and raw fiber. Some of our fiber is hand dyed and some of the yarns hand spun. Spinners and crafters, you will love working with alpaca. If you would like a speaker to come to your organization/club or group, to talk about the use of this fiber or alpacas in general, contact us. You will be surprised by how much can be made out of this incredible fiber, and how easy these gentle animals are to raise. .
