Tarheel Mushrooms is a business in its beginning stages. We primarily focus on the cultivation and distribution of edible Oyster Mushrooms. Our most recent experimental project has been shitake mushroom inoculation of one hundred tree logs with shitake spores. We are looking forward to a large flush of shitake mushrooms in about a year. In the mean time give us a call about our supply of oyster mushrooms The recent certification by our local N.C. Cooperative Extension Office has provided a much awaited opportunity to sell our product to local markets.
