Tarheelbilly Farm

Tarheelbilly Farm is a small farm located in Southern Ohio in the rolling hills of the Appalachian range. In keeping with our dedication to pesticide free farming, we use no herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics, or chemicals on our farm.

We raise Old Style American Tunis Sheep, a breed on the Livestock Conservancy List. Our sheep are raised the old fashioned way, and they thrive on our rotationally grazed pasture. We offer freezer lamb and mutton (as available) and offer yarn and roving from the flock.

We sell 100% pure Maple syrup. Ben taps our maple trees and cooks the sap into syrup. This very labor-intensive process is a time honored tradition in many communities, and in keeping with our ideas about self-sufficiency and responsible stewardship, we offer this product on a seasonal basis. Quarts and pints are available for purchase and sell out quickly!

Try our honey and experience honey the way nature intended it! We do not pasteurize our honey or adulterate it in any way. We collect enough for us to use throughout the year leaving the bees with enough to make it through the winter, strain and bottle the honey using our stainless steel extractor and food grade materials, and offer the excess for customers to enjoy.
