Provided by UI Alumni and business partners Terrance (T.D.) Holub and Dan Pilguy, our CSA shares are delivered from our vegetable farms in Coggon and Independence Iowa. We focus on sustainable farming that nourishes biological systems in our fields. Proper crop rotation, companion planting, and responsible agricultural practices are of uttermost importance to us. Members also receive weekly newsletters with recipes, farm news, and fun food info. You also become a member to our online discussion forum where you can ask us questions and connect with other members.
