Ten Barn Farm

We are a small organic family farm in Ghent, New York just beginning our first season in production. At Ten Barn Farm we grow a variety of organic vegetables for restaurant and market sale. We also hope to start a CSA as soon as possible. Mission Our mission is to sustainably grow delicious organic food for local people in Columbia County. Description Ten Barn farm lies on a ten acre section of historic land that used to be known as the Van Valkenburgh-Isbister Farm. After many relatively quiet years of rest, the farm is starting to wake up. In 2011 we, the Harrington family moved to this farm from Princeton, New Jersey our home of 20+ years. We have eighteen chickens, and two goats. This season Peter, middle son and head vegetable farmer will be growing a rich assortment of heirloom vegetable varieties on two acres. We are currently renovating our goat barn, which when completed will be housing and and event space for farm to table dinners. General Information Interested in joining a CSA? YES!?
