Montana's only organic vineyard and winery, Ten Spoon offers an exciting variety of prize-winning organic grape and fruit wines with no sulfites added to any of them.
The grapes we grow are French American hybrids: Marechal Foch, Frontenac, Leon Millot, St. Croix, St. Pepin and LaCrosse. These vines can survive tough Montana winters to 26 below. Our drip irrigation pump is powered by a sun-tracking solar system.
Ten Spoon also supports six organic family vineyards and orchards by purchasing their Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Sirah, Zinfandel and Pinot Noir grapes, and apples, cherries, raspberries and pear fruit for our wines.
On the last Wednesday of every July, from 6-9 p.m. Ten Spoon hosts a lavender you-pick and wine tasting festival, with music, food and a rickshaw driver!
We also invite the public to help us harvest the grapes in early-mid October. For your labor we thank you with a feast and plenty of beverages. If you are interested, please send your email to us and we'll alert you when the harvest nears!
You can find Ten Spoon wines throughout the Northwest; please check our website for shops in Montana that carry our wines. Andy the winemaker offers four tours a year, on the solstices and equinoces. For a visit not on those days, please call to set up an appointment.
