Terroir Knox is a small catering company based out of Knoxville that specializes in hand crafted, local-sourced, from-scratch ingredients. The goal of Terroir Knox is to emphasize the flavors of East Tennessee in every bite. Supporting local farmers and markets is high on our priority, but we also take pride in the diversity of our menu and ability to cater to the wide range of food needs. Vegan, gluten-free, Paleo, kosher- we do it all. American, Mexican, Italian, Middle East, Asian- we have extensive experience in preparing these foods that are offered on our menu.
