Texas Ridge LLC

Texas Ridge is a family owned and operated regenerative farm in Deary, ID. We lovingly raise all-natural pastured pork and lifetime-grazed, grain-free, forage-fed and finished beef. We also raise Nubian goats for meat and our family's milk, and working livestock guardian dogs.

Every animal at Texas Ridge was born here on our farm, and lives in peace and comfort within its family unit until harvest day. This stress-free life ensures the health of the animals, the consistency of the product, and the flavor of the meat. We rotationally graze our herds through forest and pasture to ensure they have a diverse, chemical-free, non-GMO, all-natural diet.

The health of the soil is our farm's primary focus, and we use regenerative methods like non-selective rotational grazing and no-till cover crops to leave the land healthier and more fertile every year. We lease many acres of grazing land and move the animals from pasture to pasture to ensure the land has sufficient time to rest after grazing. Texas Ridge is 100% no-spray.

We have been regeneratively raising beef since 2009 and pastured pork since 2017. Our meat rapidly gained a reputation for excellence among chefs and foodies in the area.
