This farm used to my husband's grandfather's farm. His dad and siblings grew up here. We have traced back the roots of the farm as far as we can go to the 1850s to an Amos Greene, hence the name of the farm.
We grow and take care of a herd of goats, flocks of free-ranging chickens (over 100), turkeys for Thanksgiving, geese and ducks for Christmas, and raise meat birds, rabbits and pigs. We milk our goats and have milk available all the time. We also have a huge garden and sell our produce. We have tomatoes, cucumbers, spaghetti squash, summer squash, swiss chard, beets, turnips, pumpkins, watermelon, cabbage, hot peppers, green peppers, and more available.
