Supporting our local food system: We believe strongly in supporting the local food system and use Northwest farmers wherever possible. Our Food Alliance Certified black and pinto beans come from the Washington Central Valley. Our Organic Red beans from the Idaho Magic Valley. Our cold press safflower oil comes from central Oregon thanks to the hard work of the Hayday Oil company. We use Northwest produce such as Washington and Oregon onions wherever possible.
