RAISED ON THE FARM and sold directly to you. Our beef, pork and bison are raised without added hormones, steroids or antibiotics. We do not feed any animal by-products. All of our products are processed without nitrates. Bison meat is naturally healthy with very low fat and high protein content. It has no gamey flavor and can be substituted for beef in almost any recipe. Our staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with cooking tips and serving suggestions. We carry steaks, roasts and burger. Also available are bison hot dogs, snack sticks, jerky, sausage, bologna, and kielbasa. We also offer 1/2 or whole beef or bison packages and whole pork packages cut to your specifications. Please e-mail for prices & availability. We also carry farm raised, GMO/Soy Free chicken from Lancaster. In addition to our meat lines, we have unique bison gift items, bison hides and horns. Local honey and maple syrup round out our product lines. During warm weather days, our bison can be viewed grazing behind the store.
