We are an indoor greenhouse mushroom farm. We grow specialty gourmet mushrooms such as oyster mushrooms, lions mane, pioppino, shiitake, and other seasonal varieties. Currently, we do not offer farm tours but will in the future if we receive the right amount of support :)
We use no chemicals, pesticides, or other additives in our operation. The only materials and ingredients we use is: Whole oats, hardwood sawdust, soyhull pellets, and our genetically isolated mycelium cultures, which are in a natural medium made of seaweed agar and wheat malt extract.

Schedule and Location:
We offer our gourmet mushrooms for wholesale pricing at restaurant demand. This usually ranges from 5 pounds to 50 pounds per week, biweekly or whatever interval the restaurant clients and farm agree too.

Most of our clients prefer a mix variety of our mushrooms. Occasionally we may just have 1 variety for a couple weeks at a time but rest assured, we take pride in quality and cleanliness. The variety of mushrooms we have are 3+ kinds of oyster mushrooms, Lions Mane, Pioppino, Chestnut mushrooms, beech/shimeji, and seasonals like shiitake and maitake.
