The Inn at Dos Brisas is a gourmet restaurant and inn located on the 300-acre Dos Brisas Ranch in Brenham which focuses on quality heirloom, organically grown produce and 5 star services. Hand-picked herbs and spices are blended with seasonal heirloom produce from our own organic gardens and farm as well as other local, natural ingredients to become gastronomic delights in the hands of our chef, Jason Robinson. This award-winning approach to dining appeals to our guests time and time again whether they are enjoying our eight-course 'Grand Tasting’ Menu, breakfast on the their patio overlooking pastures and grazing horses or a gourmet picnic lunch on one after a hike on one of our many trails.
