The Inner Garden

We are a retail store featuring local artists and artisans. I create cranberry sauces and salsas using cranberries from a local family farm, "Green Mantis Farm" in Bandon, Oregon. Choose from hot or mild Salsa, Cranberry Mustard Spread, (great on turkey sandwiches), Pineapple Cranberry Sauce, Spiced Cran-Apple Sauce with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves (delicious on pancakes, yogurt, or even oatmeal) and Low Sugar traditional cranberry sauce. The berries are so sweet this year I used only one part sugar to three parts berries, and the sun-ripened flavor of the dark, sweet berries really comes through.
