The farm's CSA program is a direct contract program in which the patrons (CSA members) each determine what they want grown and the quantities, what they want delivered each week, etc.
Patrons also have access to livestock and poultry grown by the farm, including lamb, young beef/veal, pork, rabbit, chicken, duck, turkey, goose, pheasant, quail, chukkar partridge, and chicken eggs. Patrons may take their meat by the cut or by the percentage of the animals they select.
