We are a small family owned farm that produces specialty gourmet mushrooms in Southwest Missouri. As a family who has a passion for mushrooms, we love to share why mushrooms are important. Because we are environmentally sensitive, we do everything possible to practice farming that is sustainable and responsible. We have developed growing techniques to reduce the use of disposable materials, water, and energy. It is important to us that all of our products are as sustainable as possible. Our product packaging is biodegradable and/or recyclable. We hope to inspire people to not only realize the importance of mushrooms, but also to embrace the environmentally-responsible lifestyle. We are located just south of Springfield MO. You can find us at the new Farmers Market of the Ozarks and order directly from our website. Look for us soon at Springfield and Branson area markets and restaurants.

We are a small, family owned farm specializing in organically grown mushrooms. We offer several varieties including shiitake, oyster, lion's mane, wine caps and other mushrooms depending on season. We have developed, and continue to develop, innovative methods to reduce energy, water and wasteful tactics used by large commercial growers. No chemicals or artificial fertilizers are used. Only natural ingredients and growing substrates.
