The Popsie Fish Company

The Popsie Fish Company story began in 1987 with the purchase of a set net fishing site 10 miles north of the Yup'ik village of Egegik on the eastern shores of Bristol Bay in the Bering Sea.

With that, a fishing legacy was born, named in honor of Tony's father, affectionately known by the kids as "Popsie". Summers were spent at this remote fish camp, commercial fishing for Sockeye salmon. Three generations of fishers return each summer to work and fish together to provide your family with the best wild-caught Alaskan seafood on the market - from our family to yours.
