Natural levening, made the same way sourdough breads have been made for centuries. All other breads and pastries are made with local or the finest ingredients we can find. We put great effort into finding the best quality items for all our products. Fresh fruits, berries, and vegetables are used in season. You can locate us year round at The Boyne City Farmers Market and in the summer we also have a booth at The Charlevoix Farmers Market.
