The Wandering Chicken and Mini-Farm

I am a mini-farm featuring farm fresh chicken and coturnix quail eggs. Plus, pekin and runner duck eggs seasonally. Occasionally I have a few garden goodies available in season that are grown with no pesticides or herbicides. My laying ladies have wonderful lives wandering about in their own fenced in 1/2 acre searching for all the goodies they can find. I mix and grind my own custom blend of grains for their feed. I rent farmland and grow as much of their grains as carefully as I possibly can. I locally source the rest of their feed that i cannot grow. Egg prices can vary, but are typically a great bargain between $2-2.50 per dozen for chicken and quail and per 6 duck eggs. Hatching eggs are available on request for pick-up. Ask about coturnix quail, started pullets and adult laying hens or roosters for sale! I also take deposits through the springtime and early summer for fall pick-up of fresh/frozen pork that is butchered locally in a licensed/inspected shop. i have wheat and barley straw for sale. and as of 5/26/14, i have "dig your own" catmint/catnip, feverfew, chicory, scallions, and maple saplings.
