Our farm is in the Gales Creek valley, west of Forest Grove, Oregon. We have been growing several varieties for over 10 years. Bavarian, is the garlic that started this labor of love for us. We have 15 in all, each one is unique.
The garlic is all hand cultivated from beginning to end.
While garlic may be our main crop we also have tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers: burpless and picklers, and butternut squash.
