For 2017, we are planting over 200 cultivars, ranging from common vegetables that everyone loves (like tomatoes, potatoes, and cucumbers) to the rare and delicious (like shungiku, malabar spinach, and wrinkled crinkled crumpled cress) and everything in between. We think we have one of the most diverse CSAs around. We also offer a meat, dairy, and egg CSA add on from Mint Creek Farm. Go to our website for more details.
During the 20-week season each member will receive their share of produce with 8-12 different items, including fresh tea, herbs, and fruit.
