Timbertop Farm is a shiitake farm located 20 miles north west of Nashville. Our shiitake are grown on hardwood logs in a natural and chemical free environment. Our mushrooms are grown year round We are members of Richland Park farmers market and East Nashville Farmers Market's. We are developing out Web site for dry product sales.
