Our family has been in the Angus business for over 70 years, selecting for marbling and tenderness with the ability to grow on grass. Our pastured beef is raised without the use of antibiotics or growth stimulants, then dry-aged, custom cut, and vacuum wrapped at a USDA inspected, family owned processing plant. Beef may be purchased as a whole or half carcass or as packaged cuts. We also have pasture raised Barbados Blackbelly lamb. This mild flavored heritage breed requires no vaccines or wormer. They are great browsers and enjoy nibbling on grasses, honeysuckle and clover. Lamb is sold as frozen cuts at local farmers' markets but may also be purchased whole and processed locally to your request. We also sell starter flocks of sheep.
