Crosswinds Farm & Creamery (formerly Vanillen Dairy) features handmade artisinal cheeses, pork, beef & eggs from the brown cows, spotted pigs, & speckled chickens that call our farm home! "Morning Glory," is a soft, fresh, spreadable cows' milk cheese, named for one of our favorite cows, and is available in Original and Chive varieties. "Butternut" is an Alpine-style Baby Swiss with a mildly nutty flavor & creamy texture. You can find our cheese in our self-service on-farm store which is open dawn to dusk daily, but please call or email ahead to purchase pork, beef or eggs.
