Our small herd of heritage Rockefeller Simmental breed cattle are strictly raised on a Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished diet.

Our top priority is raising our cattle to produce high quality grass-fed, grass-finished beef that reaches standards only the best can accept on their plates. We strive to be self sustaining while being able to help sustain others who cannot live off the land that they live on. In today’s world where factory farms churn product and profit out of conveyor style livestock operations, we take pride in our small herd of 50 cows. We work hard to provide a wonderful, stress free and long life full of green pastures and friendly humans!

Schedule and Location:

We take orders for Quarter, Half and Whole shares of steers being raised for future butcher.
We also have a constant supply of frozen packaged beef in various cuts and sizes, depending on current inventory.
