We focus on our beef and raise South Poll beef cattle in a Grass Fed, Grass Finished rotational system in as natural a system as we can make. We also raise pigs in overgrown woods/forest, that I like to refer to as 'Alabama Jungle'. We let our pigs be pigs and dig up anything they want and move them to fresh pasture and woods regularly. Lastly we also offer Pastured Poultry in limited numbers.
Our goal is to provide you the cleanest proteins we can grow. As natural and your great grandparents are.
