2014 Winter mushroom CSA Get fresh locally grown gourmet mushrooms all winter long. Full shares will receive two quarts of mushrooms every week and will have priority to new species. Half shares will receive one quart of mushrooms per week. Varieties will Include blue, grey, brown, golden, pink and white oysters as well as Shiitake, King Trumpet Oyster, Lion's Mane and Piopinnio. We will add new dropoff locations if 5 or more full shares request it.

We are a family run gourmet mushroom farm serving the KC Metro. We specialize in Rose and Italian Oyster mushrooms. We are adding species of mushrooms as we continue to grow. No sprays or pesticides (except for the frogs that sneak in)
