True Beef

Our family operated ranch raises USDA certified mini-Hereford beef. The cattle are not grass fed, but finished on a balanced diet of grain, grass and hay. In our opinion, grass fed beef does not taste as good as grain fed beef. Our cattle are born, raised and processed in SW Arkansas. This means we know everything that has happened with the cattle and can be 100% certain of the information we provide customers. The cattle have access to well water and are not confined to small feed-yard style pens. We do not use any antibiotics or growth hormones in our feed. If any of our cattle get sick and need medication they are NOT processed. We want customers to be able to speak with us and understand where their beef comes from. Our beef has no fillers or added ingredients. In addition, the small size of mini-Herefords allows for smaller cuts of beef that are more easily used. Delivery is available for most orders in the greater Little Rock and Texarkana area. If you are tired of factory food and wondering about your beef...give us a call.
