Licensed Grade A Goat Dairy specializing in handcrafted aged and fresh goat cheese. We are the only licensed goat dairy in the Texas Panhandle. We milk a small herd of Nubians and Lamanchas, with a few Toggenburgs as well. Our cheeses and milk are made in small batches, ensuring an artisanal touch to our products. We also handcraft goats milk soap as well as sell goats milk to the public.

Our herd is blood tested free of disease by the State of Texas for cae, tuberculosis, brucellosis and johnnes.
