Licensed Grade A Goat Dairy specializing in handcrafted aged and fresh goat cheese. We are the only licensed goat dairy in the Texas Panhandle. We milk a small herd of Nubians and Lamanchas, with a few Toggenburgs as well. Our cheeses and milk are made in small batches, ensuring an artisanal touch to our products.
