Garlic Gods is a small, independent farm in southern Idaho specializing in hardneck and softneck heirloom seed garlic. We grow certified white rot–free garlic that’s safe for planting in Idaho’s allium quarantine counties and beyond.
Our farm is rooted in regenerative, chemical-free practices—where every clove is grown with care, intention, and a deep respect for the land. Our farm is 64 acres, and we grow between 6-8 acres of garlic each year. The garlic fields are rotated on a five-year cycle to maintain healthy, disease-resistant soil. We never use synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or anti-sprouting agents—just cover crops, natural amendments, and time-honored methods that build soil and flavor. Every bulb is hand-harvested, naturally cured, and carefully packed for fall planting.
