We are a brand new meat packing plant specializing in slaughtering cows. We are permitted to slaughter up to 500 head a day with the majority of our product being 90% lean trim. We would like to branch out and become certified organic because several of our dairies that sell us our cows are certified organic dairies. We are looking for companies who would be interested in purchasing organic meat from us.
