Purebred large black pigs (heritage breed). All litters registered with the large black hog association. Free range. No antibiotics Ever. No vaccines. Certified Organic Fed certified organic feed and certified organic alfalfa. Various cuts of meat vacuum packed,sealed and labeled. Our main objective is to raise pigs responsibly which to us means feeding only certified organic feed, free range and the consumer knowing by recording with the large back association exactly where the pork has come from. This may be a little extreme but the entire product is EXTREME! This is where my research took me! I hope that you appreciate what has gone into our raising methods!
