Tyson Hill Farm

The tyson family has been farming near waterford just north of the tuolumne river in eastern stanislaus county since 1951. Faye elberta peaches along with grapes, almonds, and walnuts were our crops for many years. Founding members of the modesto certified farmers market in 1979, we grow the best of old and new varieties: 14 varieties of apricots; 22 varieties of boysenberries, olallieberries, & blackberries; 38 of yellow & white peaches; 50 of plums & pluots; plus persimmons, pomegranates, quince, feijoa, and some oddities and rarities - lots of great flavors to satisfy our customers, plus flowers for the soul. We plan our crops so our family can do the farm work ourselves.
