We raise Hereford hogs, Ayrshire cattle and a variety of fowl. It's pigging time again. We are exspecting two litters in Feb/Mar 2013 out of our boars. Two litters due end of Feb. 2013. One out of Prairie States Sycamore and one out of Yellow Jacket. This litter is co owned so avaiable pigs will go quick! We also have a Ayrshire/Milking Shorthorn cross. She is currently dry and due to calve in June. Three years old with second calf. Can be hand milked or machine milked. Going to a pure Ayrshire heard. She was bred to our Ayrshire bull Darby.
