The Blue Mountain Station is a 28-acre food processing park owned and supported by the Port of Columbia in Dayton, Washington. The first building, the Artisan Food Center is 6,912 sq ft and houses five leasable food processing spaces and a commercial kitchen. The food processors who have located at the food park create goat cheese products, gluten-free granola, wine, small-batch artisan candies, sustainably-sourced roasted coffee beans, distilled spirits, cave-aged brandy-soaked blue cheese. One of the tenants is a co-op owned natural foods market.

The Blue Mountain Station Co-op Artisan Food Market sells the food products of the resident food processors as well as the food, craft and art products of over three dozen regional consignment vendors. During the growing season, the market sells local produce from local growers. In winter, it sources organic produce from regional distributors. The market also resells natural food and home products sourced from regional distributors.
