Our meat CSA contains our own chicken, pork, and beef. Small shares are 10-12lbs per month and large are 20-24lbs. Order a single monthly box or reserve 6 months and save.
Small boxes contain one whole chicken and an assortment of pork and beef cuts. Large boxes contain two whole chickens and an assortment of pork and beef. Cuts may include bacon, sausage, chops, ground pork or beef, stew, steaks, and roasts. Somewhat customizable and we are always willing to give recipe/cooking suggestions.
