Understory Foods is mushroom cultivation farm based out of Mankato, MN. We grow a wide variety of mushrooms: Oyster(Blue,Yellow, Pink), Lions Mane, Chestnut, Reishi (Ganoderma Multipilium, Ganoderma Sessile) Seasonal winter strains Black Pearl Oyster and King Trumpets (Winter Cold Strains).
