We are a grass-based operation and believe in intense rotational pasture grazing. We offer Cornish cross meat chickens June through October by pre order. Hogs are also fed non-GMO grains and have the ability to root. Order in whole or halves. Lamb available in fall These are hair sheep which do not contain lanolin and therefore have no mutton taste.
