Upstate Food Co-op

We are a member-owned volunteer organization providing natural and organic food to its members. We keep our shelves stocked with commonly used bulk items, beverages, local produce, prepackaged products, refrigerated and frozen products, as well as culinary and medicinal herbs and supplements. Co-op pricing is different than a conventional health food store. Items are priced at wholesale plus shipping and at the register mark-ups are added according to membership status, as well as the state sales tax.
