Urth Farms Organic

Urth Farms, located in the city of New Britain, Connecticut, is a 3.5 acre certified-organic urban farm. It is one of the oldest urban farms in the U.S., and it is also has one of the most compelling stories. Founded in 1999 and funded via a state grant. The farm brought new life to the North Oak neighborhood of New Britain. We pride ourselves on offering a wide variety of the highest quality produce, including greens, tomatoes, kale, peppers, avocado, herbs and so much more. But our work goes beyond the fields and greenhouses. That's why we work with local non-profit groups and community organizations to have a greater impact towards our goal to make sure everyone has access to healthy and affordable food.
