Valli Hi Angus Ranch

We have been raising Registered Black Angus since the 1960's, through the years we have sold beef to family and friends in 1/2's or 1/4's. Recently we've been asked if we could sell by the package, so we went to work, and are happy to say that we now have a small ranch store with Black Angus Beef by the package! Our cattle are from top bloodlines through out the nation and we are proud to say that the marbling, tenderness, and flavor come from the best bloodlines and simply grass and hay. We realize that some folks just love the extra marbling and the flavor of grain-fed beef, so we also have a few grain-fed animals separated just for you. We keep the animals in separate areas and the beef in separate freezers. We are excited to be meet you and help you find the meat you've been looking for!
