We are a local produce club with monthly pick up at the Hernando County Fairgrounds. As a member you can purchase a share of produce for $25. Each month you receive produce staples like lettuce, potatoes, apples and lots of produce that is in season. You get anywhere from 12 to 16 different types of produce items.
Here is an example of one month share:
2 heads of Romaine Lettuce
5 pounds of potatoes
1 head of cabbage
6 limes
8 zucchini
4 avocados
8 oz of mushrooms
1 lb of baby carrots
1 pkg of grape tomatoes
1 pkg of Kamato tomatoes
4 asian pears
2 lbs of mandarian oranges
1 lb of cucumbers
2 lb of green grapes
1 lb of strawberries

Directions:
Pick up is held at the Hernando County Fairgrounds. Use the entrance off of US 41 and follow the signs around to the pick up line.
This is a drive thru pick up. Remain in your car and have your confirmation email on your phone to show at the check in.
Pop your trunk and as you drive thru and stop at each station, the produce will be placed in your trunk.
