Verde Valley Urban Micro-Greens and cultivated gourmet mushrooms is an indoor vertical farm that allows us to grow our delicious nutrient dense micro-greens and gourmet mushrooms year round, 365 days per year! We only use non-GMO seeds and organic growing methods to bring to you the most healthy and flavorful product available. Chemicals or pesticides are never used. Edible flowers are available Summer and Fall. We deliver to restaurants in the Lehigh Valley and beyond! We also are vendors at Renninger?s Farmers and Antiques Market Fridays and Saturdays year round and Bethlehem Rose Garden Farmers Market on Saturdays in the summer.
