Vermont Food Collaborative

We are a farmer-owned retail store and butcher shop. At the Vermont Food Collaborative, our mission is to connect Farmers/Producers, Restaurants, Wholesalers, Distributors, Retailers, Processing Facilities, Consumers and Educators. As individual producers, and as a team, our collaborative hopes to make safe, healthy, local products available to all. We offer the best Vermont produced meats, produce and goods, retail and wholesale, that our great state has to offer. We are proud to have a market where the producers earn 70% of the income.

We also offer custom and state inspected processing for beef, pork, lamb and goat.

We also rent our cut facility to businesses looking to create product in a state inspected facility.
