We're a small family farm, living simply with alternative energy and building systems using principles of permaculture, we offer heritage breed Tamworth/ Berkshire cross pigs that graze on pasture and woods, born and raised here on the farm, it's fun to come see pigs of all ages that produce the best pork around. We also have Ossabaw Island and guinnea Hog heritage breed pigs/pork available on a limited basis, these are rare breeds that produce exceptional pork worth the effort to get it. We offer whole and half pig shares or by the cut as well as up to 9 varieties of gourmet sausage and bacon. We also offer fresh, pastured broiler chicken for pick up at the farm on processing days, contact us for pre-ordering information and availability... they go fast. A flock of free ranging hens provide delicious, healthy, brown eggs as they express their natural instincts cleaning up behind the livestock and eating bugs in the vegetable gardens. We will occasionally have goat, lamb and beef, all naturally raised, again, contact us for information on availability. Soaps, vegetables and locally produced honey, preserves etc. round out our offerings available at farmers markets and at the farm.
