We work with local meat processors who will custom cut and wrap your meat the way you want, ready for you to pick up. In other words, you can choose how many steaks, how many roasts, and how much ground beef you get per package; it is even possible to request that some of it be turned into sausage.
You should know that grass-fed beef is much different from the grain fed beef that you may be used to. The meat has more flavor, but is not gamey. It is also much leaner. The steaks are delicious, but cooking them requires more skill than the fatty cuts of meat that are often promoted as "premium." Grass-fed beef is also rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which are much healthier than the Omega-6 fatty acids found in grain-fed beef. You simply will not believe how flavorful our ground beef is, and even after an an hour or two in the stew pot, our roasts are still bursting with flavor.
